Using Formatly
Use the service only where lawful and only with files you own or have permission to process. You retain ownership of your files. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms, or use the service with an authorized parent or guardian where permitted.
Service and limits
The free tier provides two completed conversion jobs per public IP in a rolling 24 hours across supported tools. Sign-in is required for free conversions. The allowance is enforced across the account, network and browser identity; shared networks share the network allowance. Free access permits one active session per account and browser. Continuing on another browser ends the previous session without resetting usage. Failed processing does not consume a slot. Formats, size limits and browser requirements are described in How it works. Verify results before relying on them and keep originals.
Paid passes
Pass durations and pricing will be announced when purchases open. They are not on sale and no paid entitlement is activated in this preview. Final purchase terms will be provided before checkout.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not distribute malware, infringe rights, automate abuse, attack the service or attempt to evade usage controls. Access may be restricted for misuse. Availability and conversion accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
Local law and changes
Mandatory rights under applicable local law remain unaffected. These terms do not select an unverified governing jurisdiction or impose compulsory arbitration. Material updates will be dated on this page. The beta business name is Formatly, operating from India. Contact g43227617@gmail.com for business beta support or privacy requests. Registered operator details and address are still being finalized.
Formatly Ready early access
Requirements checks and previews are free. Ready offers one completed trial pack per signed-in account, with corrections available for seven days from its first successful preparation. Network and browser guards also prevent repeat trial claims from other accounts during that period. A check or processing failure does not consume the trial. Re-downloading the available output does not create another pack. Source and prepared files are kept only in the current browser page; save downloads before leaving.
Enter the current requirements from your destination and review all output. Example settings are not official portal presets. Ready checks technical dimensions, sizes and PDF page counts, not document authenticity, eligibility, content or every portal condition. It does not guarantee acceptance. Images may be compressed, padded with white space or cropped according to your choice. PDF documents are normally merged without compression. If you choose a smaller PDF copy, up to 30 pages may be rebuilt as images; searchable text, links, form fields and digital signatures may be lost. Keep originals and review readability.
A pack supports up to 10 files, 50 MB per input and 100 MB total input or output, images up to 16 megapixels, and up to 100 PDF pages. Browser and safety limits apply. Paid Ready Pack and Formatly Pass offers remain planned, are not available to purchase, and create no paid entitlement. Final benefits, allowances and purchase terms will be disclosed before checkout.
